Return And Refund Policy

Effective Date: 21st December 2024


1. Return Eligibility

Returns accepted within 10 days of delivery if items are:
• Unused, unworn, unwashed
• In original packaging with tags intact

Not eligible for return:
• Clearance/sale items
• Customized/personalized products
• Innerwear, socks, and hygiene-sensitive categories


2. Process

• Email support@zeigonline.com with order details
• Courier partner will pick up the item (self-ship if unavailable)
• Item inspected at warehouse
• Refund or exchange processed


3. Refunds

• Refunds processed to the original mode of payment
• COD orders refunded via UPI/bank transfer
• Timeline: 3 to 5 working days post approval
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or wrong


4. Exchanges

• Both item and size issues are allowed for an exchange, subject to availability


5. Damaged/Wrong Items

• Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof
• Eligible for free replacement or refund
