1. Introduction

Welcome to ZEIG Apparels Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing and using www.zeigonline.com (“Website”), you (“User”, “Customer”, or “you”) agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZEIG Apparels Private Limited, governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm legal competence under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

3. Products, Pricing & Accuracy

• We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, availability, and imagery.
• Variations in color, size, or texture may occur due to photography and screen differences.
• We reserve the right to correct errors or withdraw products without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payments

• All orders are confirmed upon successful payment.
• Payments are processed through RBI and PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
• For COD orders, refunds (if applicable) will be via UPI/bank transfer.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days.
• Delays caused by courier partners, strikes, or force majeure events are beyond our control.
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Governed by our Return & Refund Policy (separately detailed).
• Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing an order.

7. Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, logos, designs, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of ZEIG Apparels Private Limited, protected under the Trademarks Act, 1999, Designs Act, 2000, and Copyright Act, 1957.
• Unauthorized use will invite legal proceedings.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.
• We disclaim liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Gurugram, Haryana courts.
